Psychological

Personality: Having grown up in his fathers and brothers shadow all his life Valerius is notoriously greedy when it comes to opportunities. This lends him to being a notorious border runner and the recent pride of his father’s eyes in that he out paced his brother in smuggling and trading skill. He has no notable temper to speak of but you don’t want to cross him all the same. He is vindictive in that if you cross him he will make sure you never have the opportunity to again. As much as he can buy steal and gain through illegitimate means he does care for his close friends whom are few to begin with and does at least value the notion of honor among thieves.
Likes: Shinny things, Easy money, vast wealth and power at his control
Dislikes: Ugly dull things, overly generous people, rats
Goals: Create a trade empire and rise up to the upper social class for the appeasement of his father.

History: He grew up in the upper middle class of Amarr society and graduated from a very well known trade school. He started his own business soon afterwards and yet no matter how hard he tried still couldn’t win the favor of his father over his older brother whom went into regional politics. Having fought with his brother all through his life he soon found ways around his brother to gain his fathers admiration by using his wealth from his trade business to subvert his brother’s actions in the region. After a few years and several failed attempts at his political career Valerius’s brother was given the choice of a regional position he could never rise from, and only got that position because Valerius convinced the other governors to let him have it as a personal favor to Valerius.
After taking care of his brother and wining his fathers praise he soon spread his trade business outwards and soon Meet Lolion Reglo through various means and quickly struck up a friendship that to outsiders seems very strained and more along the lines of pure hatred.
