The early days

Prometheus09 first became a capsuleer on 18/9/07. It didn’t take long for him to get into his first cruiser, a Moa. In a daring move Prometheus09 decided to take his new Moa into low sec to collect on the pirate bounties that existed there. Sadly this was not to last. Within five minutes of entering the system a pirate had striped the moa of all its shields and armor and then demanded ransom for the safe exit of the ship (surly he must have being flying a dreadnaught, nothing else could take down the moa as fast as that pirate did). Unable to pay the ransom (all of his money had just being spent on buying the Moa) Prometheus09 begged the pirate to let him go, which he did (thanks to the skill begging V).

 

Due to this encounter Prometheus09’s goal was to become the scourge of low sec – a pirate. To this end he fitted out his Moa with an unbeatable setup and teamed up with a friend to take down some unsuspecting pod pilots. They soon found a caracal in belt and decided to take it down, they couldn’t lose, it was two vs one. It was with great surprise to see the Moa explode leaving behind twisted heap of scrap metal. How could I have lost? I had every optimal range covered with my blasters, rail guns and missile batteries! It was two vs one! It was impossible to lose.

Prometheus09’s friend was soon to invite him to join the corporation Antares Fleet Yards (AFY), part of SMASH Alliance based out of Geminate. Prometheus09 spent many happy days chasing down Gurists pirates in the asteroid belts of TDE. It was also during this time that he created a splinter clone of himself, Caladan09, to help take down the guristas and reduce them to shiny bits of salvage. During this time Prometheus09 was primarily a carebare and wasn’t involved in alliance ops. This was also the start of his career in exploration, thought it was short lived due to the arrival of Goonswarm in Geminate, which also brought an end to the happy days of ratting, though Prometheus09 was getting bored of this existence and thinking of recycling his clones.

 

 

New Corp, New Alliance

 

 

 

To reinvigorate his existence Prometheus09 left AFY and joined Sublime LLC, another SMASH corporation, which was leaving SMASH alliance to form its own alliance. The change of corporation did reinvigorate his existence, primarily through the use of voice comms to talk to his fellow corporation members. Prometheus09, spent the next few months running missions in Penirgamen with the Amarr empire, then latter with Ishokone corporation in Inghenges, with Sublime LLC. Exploration also began to take a larger place in his life leading him on many trips into unknown territory and sightseeing the wonders of New Eden such as the Eve gate. Prometheus09 also began to be involved in PvP to a greater extent with the help of his new corporation, though he wasn’t the best PvP in the world he did manage to acquire some kills. Additionally, Prometheus09 created another splinter clone, Fishy Night.

 

 

Back to 0.0 and the creation of a new corporation

 

 

 

After sublime created its own alliance, Sublime Creations Alliance, the alliance moved down to fountain for short stint while another home was being searched for. During the fountain excursion Prometheus09 further developed his exploration skills and began to take an active role in the alliance leadership. A month later the alliance found a new home in Stain and then shortly after moved into Esoteria after Goonswarm was forced out of the area by Stainwagon. With the move to Esoteria Prometheus09 cofounded the corporation Carden Syndicate within Sublime Creations Alliance. Prometheus09 PvP skills also increased with the by regurly participating in Alliance PvP ops. Sublime Creations Alliance soon began to have internal problems though and Carden Syndicate, along with a large number of Sublime members formed a new Alliance, Cartel Syndicate. Prometheus09 also became one of the alliance leaders.

 

 

Today

 

 

 

 

Prometheus09 has moveded from being a nobody to a alliance leader. From flying noob ships to flying the majority of T2 Gallante and Caldari ships. Caladan09 can build capital ships, while Fishy Night is only 50 days away from flying capital ships
